摘要
针对工业现场中存在的可变体积容腔内气体压力的控制问题,提出了可变体积容腔内气体压力的模糊PID控制方法,从而将模糊PID控制应用到了实际控制中。该方法可以实现控制参数的在线整定,对非线性时变系统的控制效果更优,且易在实际工业现场中应用。仿真试验结果表明,在对超塑成形设备气压控制系统中可变体积气腔内气体的压力进行控制时,模糊PID控制下系统阶跃响应的超调更小,调整时间更短,符合控制要求。
In view of the control problem of the air pressure in the variable volume cavity in the industrial field,a fuzzy PID control method for the air pressure in a variable volume cavity was proposed,and the fuzzy PID control was applied to the actual control.This method could realize on-line tuning of control parameters,and had better control effect on nonlinear time-varying system,and was easy to be applied in actual industrial field.The experimental results showed that the overshoot of the step response of the fuzzy PID control system was smaller and the adjustment time was shorter when the air pressure in variable volume air chamber in pressure control system of superplastic forming equipment was controlled.
