摘要
通过对东北地区狐源大肠杆菌进行分离培养,并对其耐药性展开调查。采用纸片扩散的方法测定各分离菌株对22种抗菌药物的敏感性。旨在为养殖场抗菌药物的正确使用和控制其耐药性提供重要的科学依据。结果表明,狐源大肠杆菌各个菌株对各种抗菌药物的敏感性不同。对氨苄西林、头孢噻吩、卡那霉素、四环素、氯霉素、强力霉素和复方新诺明的耐药率均在60%以上;对阿米卡星、多黏菌素B敏感率在80%以上,而对亚胺培南敏感率在90%以上。
        After the isolation and culture of Escherichia coli from the fox source in Northeast China, the drug resistance of Escherichia coli was investigated. The sensitivity of each isolated strain to 22 kinds of antimicrobial agents was analyzed by a square method of paper diffusion. The results showed that the strains of Escherichia coli from fox source were sensitive to various antimicrobial agents. The resistance rates to ampicillin, cefotaxime, kanamycin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, doxycycline and compound sulfamethoxazole were all over 60%, and the sensitivity rate to Amikacin and polymyxin B was above 80%, while the sensitivity to imipenem was above 90%
