摘要
为了对断路器操动机构的分、合闸弹簧(简称弹簧)储能状态进行评估,将模糊综合评判应用到高压断路器的弹簧状态评估中。选取反映断路器弹簧储能状态的典型特征参量,建立评判因素集;根据断路器弹簧的实际状态情况,建立评判等级集;采用专家估计法与层次分析法,建立评判的权重集;构建隶属函数描述评估因素与状态等级间的模糊关系,确定模糊算子及结果处理方法,进而完成整个模型用以对断路器弹簧状态进行综合评估。LW25-126型断路器上的实例验证表明,该模型可以客观有效地评估高压断路器弹簧的储能状态。
        In order to evaluate the energy-storing state of circuit breaker actuator's breaking spring and closing spring(hereinafter referred to as spring), the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to state assessment of high voltage(HV) circuit breaker's spring. The factors set is established by selecting representative characteristic parameters which reflect the energy-storing state of breaker's spring. The establishment of evaluation grades set is based on spring's working condition. The evaluation weight set is established by using expert evaluation method and AHP(the analytic hierarchy process). Fuzzy relationship between factors and evaluation grades is constructed, fuzzy operator and result processing method are set,so the whole evaluation model is completed and can be used to evaluate the state of circuit breaker's spring. The practical calculation example of LW25-126 circuit breaker shows that the model can objectively and effectively assess the energy-storing state of HV circuit breaker's spring.
