口炎清颗粒治疗慢性牙周炎及对炎性细胞因子的影响

摘要
目的观察口炎清颗粒治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效及对炎性细胞因子的影响。方法随机选取我院收治的慢性牙周炎患者64例,依据治疗方法分为基础治疗组(基础组)和口炎清颗粒治疗组(口炎清组)两组,统计分析两组患者的探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、临床附着水平(CAL)、临床疗效、炎症细胞因子水平情况。结果口炎清组患者的PD、GI、PLI、CAL均显著低于基础组(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率显著高于基础组(P<0.05);炎症细胞因子白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-21(IL-21)水平均显著低于基础组(P<0.05)。结论口炎清颗粒治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效显著,能够有效降低患者的炎性细胞因子水平。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Kouyan Qing granules in treatment of chronic periodontitis and its effect on inflammatory cytokines. Methods 64 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into basic treatment group(basic group) and Kouyan Qing granules treatment group(KYQ group),30 cases in each group. The probing depth(PD),gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI),clinical attachment level(CAL),clinical efficacy,inflammatory cytokines of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The PD,GI,PLI and CAL of KYQ group were significantly lower(P<0.05),the total treatment efficiency was significantly higher than that of basic treatment group(P<0.05),the levels of IL-17,IL-21 were significantly lower than those of basic treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Kouyan Qing granule is significant in treatment of chronic periodontitis,and the inflammatory cytokines levels can be reduced effectively.
