不同阶段的美元国际化及其对中国的启示

摘要
近年来,中国政府积极推动人民币国际化进程,人民币国际化进程呈波浪式前进趋势。鉴于目前人民币国际化仍处于起步阶段的现实,须借鉴当今主要国际货币——美元的成功经验。理论及实证分析结果显示,在美元国际化的不同阶段,各影响因素作用方向及强度不同,由此给人民币国际化带来的启示是:强大的经济实力是一国货币国际化的物质基础、大规模的贸易及适度的资本输出是一国货币国际化的必要手段、发达开放的金融市场是一国货币国际化的市场条件、币值稳定是一国货币国际化的重要基础、政府对历史性机遇的把握是一国货币国际化的催化剂。
In recent years,the Chinese government has actively promoted the process of RMB internationalization,and the process of RMB internationalization has shown a wavy trend. In view of the fact that the internationalization of RMB is still in its infancy,we should learn from the successful experience of the US dollar. The results of theoretical and empirical analysis show that in the different stages of dollar internationalization,the direction and intensity of each influencing factor are different. The enlightenment to RMB internationalization is that strong economic strength is the material basis of currency internationalization of a country,large-scale trade and moderate capital export are the necessary means of currency internationalization of a country,developed and open financial market is the market condition of currency internationalization in a country,currency stability of currency internationalization is the important foundation of currency internationalization and the government's grasp of historical opportunities is the catalyst of currency internationalization.
