摘要
提出了基于NX的反光体设计与模具零件NC加工CAD/CAM一体化方法,用于设计高效的节能灯反光体及其模具结构,并快速生成相应的NC代码,再根据LED灯的发光原理,利用NX三维设计软件,通过调整反光体的内部结构与碗体反光棱线曲率,优化反光体模型,同时利用Moldflow模块设计反光体1模2腔注射模,并基于CAM模块进行了模具零件的NC编程。
A CAD/CAM integration method was proposed to design a reflector for the high-efficiency and energy-saving lamp, and generate corresponding NC code quickly based on NX software. According to the luminous principle of the LED lamp, NX 3 D design software was used to optimize the reflector model by adjusting the internal structure of the reflector and the curvature of bowl reflective contour. An injection mould with 2 cavities was designed by using the Moldflow module, and the NC programming of the moulding part was carried out based on CAM module.
