早期护理干预对颅脑外伤患者促醒效果的影响

摘要
目的讨论早期护理干预对颅脑外伤患者促醒效果的影响。方法选取2016年3—5月本院治疗的颅脑外伤患者65例作为常规护理组,2017年3—5月78例患者作为护理干预组,对2组患者的护理效果进行比较分析。结果护理干预组患者2个星期清醒率43. 6%,1个月清醒率66. 7%,显著高于常规护理组患者2个星期清醒率27. 7%及1个月清醒率49. 2%。结论护理干预对颅脑外伤患者促醒效果有重要影响,加快了患者恢复意识的时间,改善了患者的预后。
Objective To discuss the effect of early nursing intervention on awakening in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods A total of 65 patients with craniocerebral trauma treated in our hospital from March to May 2016 were selected as routine nursing group,and 78 patients from March to May 2017 were selected as nursing intervention group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The awaken rate was 43. 6% at 2 weeks and 66. 7%at 1 month in the nursing intervention group,which was higher than 27. 7% at 2 weeks and 49. 2% at1 month in the conventional nursing group. Conclusion Nursing intervention is of great significance in awaking for patients with craniocerebral trauma,which shortens the recovery time of consciousness and improves the prognosis of patients.
