Y染色体微缺失在无精子症及重度少弱精子症患者病因学研究中的应用
摘要
目的探讨Y染色体微缺失与无精症及重度少弱精症的关系。方法应用外周血染色体核型分析技术、多重聚合酶链反应技术及琼脂糖电泳技术,对300例无精症及重度少弱精患者进行外周血染色体核型分析、Y染色体微缺失基因检测。结果 300例患者共检测出染色体异常32例,Y染色体微缺失病例31例。结论 Y染色体微缺失为无精症和重度少弱精患者的重要病因,Y染色体微缺失检测对男科医生制定治疗方案具有重要指导意义。
