摘要
传统图书信息扫描采集装置多基于二维光学测量或离散单点坐标扫描方法设计而成,建模过程繁琐、数据信息提取耗时长、工作量巨大,对于较为复杂或破损的图书信息提取精度难以保证,且抗干扰性较差。提出海量图书信息采集中的扫描器抗连续摆动干扰设计。扫描器的硬件部分由三维激光传感器、角度扫描传感器、单片机系统、PC上位机及显示模块等部分组成;给出了扫描器的单片机和PC上位机的工作流程,在扫描数据的坐标结算和提取数据的融合方面,构建了一种用于参数标定的球状模型,基于图书信息的激光扫描点与球心的距离来确定并优化坐标信息的非线性目标函数,并通过基于数据挖掘的高校图书馆个性化图书推荐技术,快速对图书进行推荐,准确的搜索出自己需要的图书信息。仿真实验结果表明,设计的扫描器在图书信息提取精度、抗干扰性能等方面,对比当前方法都具有较大改善。
        The traditional book scanning information acquisition device of multi axis scanning method for measuring or discrete single point design based on a two-dimensional optical modeling,tedious process and data information extraction is time-consuming,the workload is huge,the book information extraction accuracy is more complex or damage is difficult to guarantee,and poor anti-jamming. Design of anti continuous swing interference for scanners in mass book information collection. The hardware part consists of 3 D laser scanner sensor,angle scanning sensor,SCM system,PC and display module; MCU and PC scanner working procedure is provided in the settlement and extract data fusion coordinate scanning data aspect,for a spherical model parameter calibration is constructed,the nonlinear objective function laser scanning point and the center of the library information based on the distance to determine and optimize the coordinate information,and through the personalized recommendation technology books in University Library Based on data mining, recommendation for fast and accurate search books, their book information. The simulation results show that the designed scanner can improve the accuracy of libraryinformation extraction and the anti-interference performance,compared with the current methods.
