摘要
预制楼梯样式美观,施工方便,往往是装配式建筑预制方案中的必选项目之一。作为重要的安全疏散通道,其与楼层平台之间可靠的节点连接构造显得尤为重要。在常用节点基础上加以改进,提出一种新型预制楼梯连接节点,使用长圆孔钢套筒等措施使预制楼梯在沿梯跑方向地震力作用下具备水平滑移空间,以消除预制楼梯对主体结构的斜撑作用;在沿垂直梯跑方向地震作用下,上下支座同步受力,避免仅一端固定时预制楼梯平面内的扭转碰撞,或者造成预埋螺杆的剪切破坏;并使预制楼梯在小震及中震作用下具备一定的弹性自复位能力。
        Precast staircases are beautiful in appearance, and easy to construct, which are often one of the most preferential items in precast concrete structure design. As an important evacuation path, the reliable connection joint between the precast staircases and the supporting platform is important. A new type of precast staircase connections is proposed based on the improvement of commonly used joints. Oblong-hole steel sleeve and other parts are used to make the precast staircase have horizontally-sliding space under the seismic force in the stepping direction, which can diminish the staircase-bracing influence to the main structure. In the direction normal to the stepping direction, both the upper and lower joints can bear the force simultaneously to avoid collision and shear failure of the embedded screws. Additionally, the new connections make the staircase capable to self reset.
