半月板损伤关节镜术后注射玻璃酸钠对患者疼痛程度和膝关节功能的影响

摘要
目的探讨半月板损伤关节镜术后注射玻璃酸钠对患者疼痛程度和膝关节功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年6月至2017年6月我院57例行关节镜下半月板损伤成形缝合术患者的临床资料,根据术后是否注射玻璃酸钠将患者分为研究组(27例,术后注射玻璃酸钠)与对照组(30例,未注射玻璃酸钠)。比较两组患者的临床疗效、术前、术后的膝关节疼痛程度、膝关节功能、膝关节活动度。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3、6、12个月,两组患者的膝关节疼痛评分均降低,且研究组患者术后3、12个月的疼痛程度显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3、6、12个月,两组患者的膝关节功能Lysholm评分均升高,且研究组患者术后3、12个月的Lysholm评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12个月,两组患者的膝关节活动度显著升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下半月板损伤成形缝合术后注射玻璃酸钠的疗效显著,可降低患者的疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能和活动度,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate injection in patients with meniscus injury after arthroscopy on pain degree and knee joint function. Methods The clinical data of 57 patients with arthroscopic meniscus repair from June 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether sodium hyaluronate was injected after operation, patients were divided into study group(27 cases, received sodium hyaluronate injection after operation) and control group(30 cases, did not received sodium hyaluronate injection after operation). The clinical efficacy,the pain degree of knee joint, the knee joint function and mobility of knee joint before and after opertion were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At 3, 6, 12 months after operation, the knee pain scores of both groups decreased, and those in the study group at 3, 12 months after operation were significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); at 3, 6, 12 months after operation, the Lysholm scores of knee joint function in both groups increased, and those in the study group at 3, 12 months after operation were significantly higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). At 12 months after operation, the mobility of knee joint of both groups increased significantly, and that of the study group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate injection in patients with meniscus injury after arthroscopy has significant effect, it can decrease the degree of pain in patients, improve knee joint function and mobility, which has a high application value.
