摘要
针对市场上主要的外墙平涂用乳液存在的持久耐候性、耐沾污差、保光保色性差、乳胶漆使用年限等缺陷,研制了一种应用在高档外墙的氟碳乳液。采用半连续种子聚合工艺,通过调整乳化剂、粒径、功能单体、氟单体等,制备出一款高性能的氟碳乳液。研究表明,耐沾污性能受乳化剂、粒径、亲疏水性等影响,耐候性和保光保色受分子量大小、交联单体等影响。
The common flat-coated emulsions for exterior walls on the market have the defects of poor enduring weather resistance,stain resistance,light retention and color protection and the short service life of latex paint.In light of these shortcomings,we developed a fluorocarbon emulsion applied to high-grade exterior walls.By adjusting the emulsifier,particle size,functional monomer,fluorine monomer,etc.,a high-performance fluorocarbon emulsion was prepared through the semicontinuous seed polymerization process.The results show that the stain resistance is determined by the emulsifier,particle size,hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties,while weather resistance,light retention and color retention are determined by the molecular weight and crosslinking monomer.
