摘要
针对山西灵石某矿监测刀把式工作面顶板矿压显现特征与预测切眼对接前后顶板来压步距变化的安全生产技术问题,采用薄板理论给出刀把式工作面来压垮落步距,并分析内切眼顶板初次破断以及切眼对接后的周期性破断形式。结合现场半自动综采支架压力计采集的实时数据,验证薄板理论可以为此类顶板条件提供理论指导。结果表明:顶板实际破断形式与运用薄板理论建立的模型基本相符,且垮落步距计算理论值19.3m与实际观测值20.3m的误差率仅为4.9%,满足工程预测要求。
        Aiming at the strata behavior characteristics in monitoring knife-handle-type face of Lingshi mine in Shanxi,as well as the safety production technology in forecasting the change of roof weighting step before and after the open-off cut docking,the thin plate theory was used to calculate the periodic roof weighting step of knife-handle-type face.And the periodic breakage forms were analyzed in different periods,including the first breakage of the roof with internal cut and the period after the docking.Combining with the real-time data collected by the semi-automatic fully mechanized support pressure gauge,the thin plate theory was verified to provide theoretical guidance for such roof conditions.The results showed that the actual breakage form of roof was basically consistent with the model established by using thin plate theory,and the error rate between the theoretical value of 19.3 mand the actual observation value of 20.3 m was only 4.9%,which met the requirements of engineering prediction.
