耳鸣诊疗进展
摘要
<正>耳鸣是临床耳科常见病症之一,声音繁多,且临床治疗效果不一,给治疗效果欠佳患者工作、生活都带来了极大的不良影响,严重者可产生焦虑、抑郁情绪甚至有自杀倾向。因为目前人口老龄化、工业噪声、心血管疾病患者增多及人群普遍压力较大,所以耳鸣的发病率逐年上升。随着国内外学者对耳鸣研究的不断深入,推动了耳鸣的临床诊断及治疗进程,现将其最新诊疗进展综述如下。1定义及分类耳鸣为在外周无相应声源的情况下耳内有响声
