摘要
由于传统的甲壳素生产过程过于复杂,各个生产环节并不在一起,对各种仪器的使用清洗频率较高,而且最终得到的产量比较低,原料得不到充分加工;针对传统加工问题设计了一种改良结构的甲壳素生产装置,该装置和传统甲壳素生产装置相比,能够将甲壳素生产的各个独立环节集中在一起,使其在一个整体设备中就能完成甲壳素生产,减少了各种设备的使用和清洗频率,原料能够充分加工完全,而且能进行过滤分离,缩短了操作流程,同时提高了甲壳素产量。
Due to the complexity of the traditional chitin production process, the production processes are not together.The cleaning frequency of various instruments is high, and the final yield is relatively low, and the raw materials cannot be fully processed. An improved chitin production device has been designed for the traditional processing problem. Compared with the traditional chitin production device, the device can integrate the individual links of chitin production to complete in one unit. The production of chitin reduces the use and cleaning frequency of various equipments, the raw materials can be fully processed, and the filtration can be separated, the operation process is shortened, and the chitin production is improved.
