摘要

通过对国内外港口转型升级模式分析研究,山东渤海湾港口应从港口资源整合、集疏运体系建设、现代服务业发展、港城关系发展以及平安、智慧、绿色港口建设等方面的实现自身的转型升级。
        Through analysis and research on the transformation and upgrading mode of domestic and foreign ports, Shandong Bohai bay port should realize its own transformation and upgrading from port resource integration, collection and distribution system construction, modern service industry development, port-city relationship development, and security,wisdom and green port construction.
