摘要
静音钢板是在两块厚度为0.8 mm的钢板之间刮涂极薄的黏弹性阻尼层构成的约束阻尼结构,在兼顾良好钢板力学性能的同时能达到减振降噪的效果。研究静音钢板的复合损耗因数、可应用的温度区间、隔声量以及时域和频域等综合性能,结果表明:静音钢板阻尼层厚度为100μm时比厚度为50μm的结构有更优异的性能;使用温度在10℃~50℃区间内更有利于发挥结构的阻尼优势;最大隔声量可达到25 dB;振动在静音钢板中的传播时间极短且振幅颇小。
The mute steel plate is a constrained damping structure composed of a thin damping layer between two steel plates with a thickness of 0.8 mm, which can achieve the effect of reducing vibration and noise with the good mechanical properties reserved. In this paper, the composite loss factor, the applicable temperature range, sound insulation quantity, time domain and frequency domain of the mute steel plate are studied. The results show that the mute steel plate with the damping layer thickness of 100 μm has the better performance than that with the thickness of 50 μm. Using the temperature within the range of 10°C to 50°C can give a greater damping advantage to the structure. The maximum sound insulation can reach 25 dB. The propagation time of vibration in the mute steel plate is very short and the amplitude is very small.
