摘要

目的通过分析2例维和战士严重低血钾病例,以期引起重视。方法对2个病例发病过程及处理进行回顾。结果 2病例均得到及时处理,未出现伤亡。结论战士严重低血钾在非常时期可能出现更多,应引起决策者重视。
        Objective To analyze the 2 cases of severe hypokalemia in peacekeeping fighters, in order to attract attention. Methods The pathogenesis and treatment of 2 cases were reviewed. Results 2 cases were treated in time, no casualties. Conclusion Severe hypokalemia in warriors may occur more in an extraordinary period and should be brought to the attention of policy makers.
