摘要
目的探讨家庭为中心的健康教育模式对社区冠心病患者家庭功能和生命质量的影响。方法选择2017年6月-2018年4月天津市某社区卫生服务中心冠心病患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组43例,观察组37例。对照组给予常规冠心病健康教育模式,观察组同时对患者及其照顾者进行以家庭为中心的健康教育模式,两组干预时间均为3个月,比较两组患者家庭功能和生命质量评分情况。结果干预前两组家庭生命质量进行对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者家庭功能各维度及总得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生命质量得分为(110.25±32.04)分,对照组得分为(92.88±23.39)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.32,P<0.01)。结论以家庭为中心的健康教育模式能有效提高冠心病患者家庭生命质量,值得在社区工作中借鉴使用。
        Objective To explore the effect of family-centered health education model on family function and quality of life in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods 80 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease from a community health service center in Tianjin from June 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method. There were 43 cases in the control group and 37 cases in the observation group. The control group was given conventional health education model for coronary heart disease. The observation group also conducted a family-centered health education model for patients and their main caregivers. The intervention time was 3 months. The family function and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in family function and quality of life between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention,the family function dimensions and the total score of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was(110.25±32.04)scores,and the score of the control group was(92.88±23.39)scores,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.32,P <0.01). Conclusion The family-centered health education model can significantly improve the family function and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease in the community. It is worth learning from the community work.
