摘要
以开口管件为研究对象,运用NX8.5软件和注塑模具技术进行产品的模具设计。重点研究并设计了管件注塑模具的冷却系统,管件内部采用喷泉式冷却系统,外部采用循环式冷却方式。运用Moldflow软件进行了管件的冷却、流动和翘曲分析,获得了优化的成型方案和参数,从而可以提高制品质量,缩短模具设计制造和产品开发周期。
Taking the open pipe fittings as the research object, the mold design of the product was studied by using the NX8.5 software and the injection mold technology. The cooling system of injection mold was designed, the inner part of the pipe was used in the fountain type cooling system, and the outer part adopted circulatory cooling system. The Moldflow software was used to analyze the cooling, flow and warping of the pipe fittings, and the optimized forming scheme and parameters were obtained, which could improve the product quality, shorten the development cycle of design and manufacture of the die and product.
