应用型本科商务日语人才培养的定位研究

摘要
随着中日商务关系的不断发展,对商务日语人才的要求也发生了较大改变,对中日商务人才素质的要求变得更高、更迫切。社会的需求必然成为人才培养的导向,目前高校的商务日语人才培养模式也必然要进行改革。本文旨在探讨,在满足高素质中日商务人才需求的基础上,提出对我国商务日语人才培养做定位研究。商务日语人才的培养应该是日语和商务并行,即"日语强+商务强"的模式。
With the continuous development and changes of business relations between China and Japan, the requirements for business Japanese talents have also undergone major changes, and the requirements for the quality of Chinese and Japanese business talents have become higher and more urgent. The demand of the society will inevitably become the orientation of talent cultivation.At present, the business Japanese talent training model of colleges and universities must also be reformed. This paper aims to explore the positioning of Chinese business Japanese talents based on the needs of high-quality Chinese and Japanese business talents.The training of business Japanese talents should be parallel to Japanese and business, that is, the model of"Japanese strong + strong business".
