社会支持对合成类毒品成瘾者戒毒动机的影响:未来结果预期的中介作用

摘要
目的:探索社会支持、未来结果预期对合成类毒品成瘾者戒毒动机的影响及作用机制。方法:以344名强制隔离戒毒的合成类毒品成瘾者为被试,使用领悟社会支持量表、未来结果预期量表、戒毒动机量表进行施测。结果:社会支持与戒毒动机和长期结果预期维度正相关,与短期结果预期维度负相关,长期结果预期与戒毒动机正相关,短期结果预期与戒毒动机相关不显著。未来结果预期在社会支持与戒毒动机间起部分中介作用。中介效应分析和结构方程模型表明,短期结果预期维度的中介作用不成立,上述中介作用主要通过长期结果预期维度实现,中介效应占比15.99%。结论:未来结果预期在合成类毒品成瘾者社会支持与戒毒动机间起中介作用,该中介作用主要通过长期结果预期维度实现。
Objective: The present study was to investigate the relationship between Social Support, Consideration of Future Consequences(CFC) on Motivation for Abstaining from Drug in drug abstainers who were addicted to Synthetic drugs.Methods: A sample of 344 drug abstainers addicted to Synthetic drugs were assessed with Perceived Social Support Scale,Scale of Consideration of Future Consequences and Questionnaire on Motivation for Abstaining from Drug. Results: Social support was positively correlated with CFC-Future(CFC-F) and motivation for abstaining from drug and was negatively correlated with CFC-Immediate(CFC-I). CFC-F was positively related to motivation for abstaining from drug. CFC played a partial mediating role between social support and motivation for abstaining from drug. Conclusion: CFC-F acts as a mediator between the social support and Motivation for Abstaining from Drug in drug abstainers addicted to Synthetic drugs.
