基于DEMATEL模型的乡村旅游村地方标准评价指标的关联性探讨

摘要
近年来乡村旅游的研究呈现出爆发之势,但是通过对乡村旅游标准化文献资料的检索不难发现,对乡村旅游标准化的研究还很少.鉴于此,本文搜集已出台的相关乡村旅游村地方标准,并对其进行归纳和分析.通过DEMATEL模型计算各评价指标之间的关联,识别影响乡村旅游村地方标准的原因因素和结果因素.乡村旅游村各评分项目计算结果显示,评价指标中游客满意度的重要性最高,旅游管理对乡村旅游村的发展作用力最强.各省市在发展乡村旅游时,可通过培训从业人员、优化服务体系等方式来提高游客的满意度,促进旅游业的可持续发展;同时各省市应以经营管理为手段,在实现乡村旅游发展带来的经济利益的同时,注重旅游资源的保护,实现旅游资源的长久、绿色发展.
In recent years,there is an outbreak trend of research on rural tourism. However,it's not easy to find the research on rural tourism standardization. Therefore,this paper collects,summarizes and analyzes the relevant local standard of the rural tourism village which has been introduced. In the process of research,DEMATEL model is used to calculate the correlation between each evaluation index and identify the cause and effect factors that influence the local standard of rural tourism village. The calculation results of rural tourism village score project show that,tourist satisfaction is the most important factor,and tourism management has the strongest effect on the development of rural tourism village. As the development of rural tourism,provinces should enhance the satisfaction of tourists and promote the sustainable development of tourism by training practitioners and optimizing service system. Meanwhile,as the process of achieving the economic benefits of rural tourism development,operation and management should be taken as means to focus on tourism resources protection for achieving a long-term and green tourism resources development.
