摘要
分别对三元驱采油废水及聚合驱采油废水进行药剂筛选。结果表明,在用H1破乳剂处理聚合驱采油废水时,投加一定量硫酸铝以及少量PAM,可减少破乳剂的用量,且絮体密实、形状较大。在用R2破乳剂处理三元驱采油废水时,投加一定量的硫酸铝以及少量PAM,也起到相同的效果。选择气浮工艺加混凝剂的方法,除油率达到97%以上,含油量降至5.2 mg/L左右。
Respectively for the ternary flooding produced water and polymer flooding oil recovery wastewater for drug screening. In H1 demulsifier polymer flooding oil production wastewater treatment,the additive amount aluminum sulfate and a small amount of PAM,reduce the dosage of demulsifier,shape and density of flocs. With R2 demulsifier ternary flooding oil production wastewater treatment,add a certain amount of aluminium sulfate and a small amount of PAM,also have the same effect. Choose the method of air floatation and flocculant,the oil removal rate was above 97%,the oil content was reduced to 5. 2 mg/L.
