摘要

系统地介绍了西门子S120伺服驱动器与802D数控系统的电气连接方法,以CK6140数控车床伺服系统调试为例,研究了S120伺服驱动器控制要求,并基于西门子PLC程序实现了伺服驱动器控制要求。最后,基于西门子802D系统介绍了伺服系统的调试方法,完成了CK6140数控车床伺服系统调试。
        This paper systematically introduces the electrical connection method between Siemens S120 servo driver and 802 D CNC system. Taking the servo system debugging of CK6140 NC lathe as an example, the control requirements of S120 servo driver are studied, and based on Siemens PLC program, the servo driver control requirement is realized. Finally, based on Siemens 802 D system, the method of servo system debugging is introduced, and the CK6140 CNC lathe servo system debugging is completed.
