摘要
光伏组件(以下简称"组件")发电是近年发展最快的新能源之一,其可靠性是保证光伏组件性能的因素。其中TC50+HF10老化序列就是评估光伏组件可靠性的一个老化序列,性能衰减是考量合格与否的关键。光伏组件经过TC50+HF10老化后,功率衰减高于IEC61215标准要求,其中EL图有明显明暗不均现象,为了验证功率衰减是否同明暗不均电池片有关,本文从透水率、漏电流、微观氧化等方面进行分析、验证,找出电池片发亮、发暗的原因。
