慢性胃炎采用中医情志护理和饮食调护的效果

摘要
目的探讨中医情志护理与饮食调护应用于慢性胃炎患者中的临床价值。方法选择2018年2—10月本院收治的120例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为参照组(n=60)与试验组(n=60)。参照组采取常规护理,试验组在参照组护理基础上,采取中医情志护理结合饮食调护。对比两组患者的护理满意度、负面情绪评分。结果试验组护理后的总满意度高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组护理后的负面情绪评分均低于护理前,且试验组低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论慢性胃炎患者采用中医情志护理以及饮食调护效果确切,有利于消除负面情绪,改善患者的心理状态,密切护患关系。
Objective To explore the clinical value of emotional nursing and dietary nursing in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods 120 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from February to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the reference group(n=60) and the experimental group(n=60). The control group received routine nursing.On the basis of the nursing of the reference group, the experimental group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with dietary nursing. The nursing satisfaction and negative emotional score of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction of the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Negative emotional scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the experimental group was lower than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing and dietary nursing for patients with chronic gastritis is exact, which is conducive to eliminating negative emotions, improving the psychological state of patients, and close nurse-patient relationship.
