摘要
采集贵州贵阳花溪湿地公园山林土壤,分离得到Paraboeremia属真菌一新记录种,对该种结合形态特征及分子系统学分析基于ITS,LSU,rpb2和tub四个基因片段,在系统进化树上,该标本HGUP1801与采自荷兰卷柏叶片上的Paraboeremia selaginellae聚集在一起,并且形成很高的支持率,将该种定名为Paraboeremia selaginellae。研究标本保存在贵州大学植物病理学实验室(HGUP)。
        A newly recorded strain of the genus Paraboeremia was isolated from the soil of the woodland of Huaxi Wetland Park in Guiyang, Guizhou.This species was identified by combining morphological characters and phylogenetic analysis based on sequences of Internal Transcribed Spacer(ITS),Ribosomal Large Subunit(LSU),RNA polymeraseⅡ largest subunit 2(rpb2)andβ-tubulin(tub).The phylogenetic analysis revealed that the strain HGUP1801 was clustered with Paraboeremia selaginellae isolated from the leaves of Selaginellaat Netherland. The strain was strongly supported to be identified as Paraboeremia selaginellae. The holotype and ex-type cultures are preserved in the Plant Pathology Laboratory of Guizhou University.(HGUP).
