动态把握话语权建设的民族性和世界性

摘要
中国综合国力日益增强,在动态中把握话语权建设的民族性和世界性,聆听时代声音,回应发展呼唤,是建设中国特色社会主义话语权重大而紧迫的问题。解决话语权民族性与世界性的良性通融,需要加强政府的政治操作和服务能力,为话语权提升打造良好的外在环境;实现基于传统文化与世界主流价值之间的理论革新,创新出既具中国特色又具世界风采的话语理念;充分重视各学科各领域带头人的推动作用,完善我国哲学社会科学领域人才体系,加快中国特色社会主义话语权的构建。
As China's comprehensive national strength increases, dynamically grasping the significance of discourse right to the state and world, listening to the voices of the times and responding to people's calls for development are a major and urgent issue for building socialism with Chinese characteristics. To integrate the significance of discourse right to the state and world, it is necessary to strengthen the political operation and service capability of the government, creating a good external environment for the improvement of the discourse right; realize the theoretical innovation based on the traditional culture and the mainstream value of the world, and come up with discourse ideas with both Chinese and world characteristics; and pay attention to making full use of the leading scholars in various disciplines in all areas, improve the contingent of talent in the philosophy and social science disciplines, and accelerate the development of socialist discourse right with Chinese characteristics.
