妊娠期肝衰竭病因研究进展

<正>急性肝衰竭(acute liver failure, ALF)也称为暴发性肝衰竭,是一种罕见可威胁患者生命的疾病。不同国家和地区肝衰竭的病因不同,在欧美国家主要由药物性肝损伤引起,在中东地区和亚洲国家单纯疱疹病毒(herpes simplex virus, HSV)和戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E virus, HEV)均可引起肝衰竭,而在我国,主要病因是乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus, HBV),其次是药物及肝
