摘要
基于湖北、山东、安徽3省、5市、10县(市/区)的909份有效调查问卷,首先,在Holton模型上设计了培训效果概念模型,主要包括输入和输出2个部分,输入为培训迁移的影响因素,包括个人因素、培训前涉因素、培训系统因素和环境因素,输出为培训迁移效果。其次,采用因子分析法与Spearman相关系数相结合,分析了农民参加化肥农药减施增效技术培训效果的影响因素。结果表明:无论是不同产业还是不同主体,个人因素中培训动机与培训效果显著相关;培训前涉因素中目标导向因素与培训效果具有显著影响,培训告知因素对培训效果具有一定影响;培训系统因素中培训教师与培训效果高度相关,其次是技术难易度,培训系统因素对培训效果具有强化作用;培训环境因素中激励因素对培训效果具有促进作用,其中市场引导促进作用大于政府鼓励。
        The study was based on 909 questionnaires from 5 cities and 10 counties(cities/districts) of Hubei,Shandong and Anhui Provinces.Firstly,a conceptual model of training effect was designed based on Holton model,which included input and output.Input was the influencing factor of training transfer,including personal factors,pre-training factors,training system factors and environmental factors.Output was the training transfer effect.Secondly,factor analysis and Spearman correlation coefficient were used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers participating in the training of fertilizer and pesticide reduction and efficiency enhancement technology.The results showed that training motivation was significantly related to training effect in individual factors,whether in different industries or in different subjects.In the pre-training factors,the goal oriented factors had a significant impact on the training effect,inform factors had certain effect on training effect.In training system factors,training teachers were highly correlated with training effectiveness,then was the difficulty of technology.Training system factors had a strong effect on training effect.The motivating factors in training environment could promote the training effect,and the role of market guidance was greater than that of government.
