摘要
在分析齿槽转矩产生的原理基础上,以8极48槽内置式混合永磁记忆电机为例,利用有限元方法分析了定子齿开槽法、定子齿开反槽方法对电机齿槽转矩的影响,并提出了定子齿开反槽与转子开孔结合的方法。有限元仿真表明,定子齿开反槽与转子开孔结合法可以明显地削弱内置式混合永磁记忆电机的齿槽转矩。
Based on the principle of cogging torque,taking the 8 pole and 48 slot built-in permanent magnet memory motor as an example,the influence of the stator tooth slotting method and the stator tooth open slot method on the cogging torque was analyzed by the finite element method,the method of combining the stator tooth opening counter groove with the rotor opening was put forward. The simulation results show that the stator tooth opening counter groove and the rotor opening method can obviously reduce the cogging torque of the interior hybrid permanent magnet memory motor.
