针灸治疗老年痴呆的效果观察

摘要
目的采用针灸疗法对老年痴呆症进行治疗,观察其效果。方法选取2017年7月～2018年7月我院收治的老年痴呆症患者70例作为研究对象,均采用针灸疗法进行治疗,取患者头部施针,比较治疗前后患者认知功能与血浆AchE。结果针灸治疗前后时空定位能力、计算能力、行为操作能力等认知能力指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针灸治疗前患者的长谷川智力量表评分(18.25±2.44)分,治疗后(30.46±4.18)分,治疗后与治疗前智力评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸疗法对于治疗老年痴呆症存在一定效果,治疗后患者认知功能明显改善,长谷川智力量表评分也有显著改善,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on alzheimer's disease.Methods 70 cases of alzheimer's disease patients admitted to our hospital between July 2017 and July 2018 were selected. All the patients were treated with acupuncture. The patients were given head acupuncture to compare their cognitive function and AchE of plasma before and after treatment.Results Before and after acupuncture treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the indicators of cognitive ability such as spatiotemporal localization ability, computational ability, behavioral operational ability, etc.(P<0.05).The score of hasegawa intelligence scale of the patients before acupuncture treatment was(18.25±2.44)points, and that of the patients after treatment was(30.46±4.18)points.There was a signi?cant difference between the scores of hasegawa intelligence scale after treatment and before treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy has a certain effect on the treatment of alzheimer's disease. After treatment,the cognitive function of patients has been signi?cantly improved,and the score of hasegawa intelligence scale has also been significantly improved,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
