国际化、高质量、可持续:中国博物馆事业发展的方向与战略——国际博物馆协会(ICOM)副主席安来顺先生专访

摘要
21世纪以来,中国博物馆事业持续保持迅猛向好的发展势头。国际博协副主席、中国博协副理事长兼秘书长安来顺先生认为,国际化、高质量、可持续是今后中国博物馆事业发展的方向与战略。交流互进、借鉴融合的国际化进程,使中国博物馆成为整个世界博物馆体系中的一支重要力量;与此同时,全球化下的特色化发展将使中国博物馆更具活力,并在国际对话中形成自己的话语体系。中国博物馆事业高质量发展的内涵,既有可量化指标的增长,更有对社会使命的践行、对文化互鉴的推动、对专业化水准的追求,以及对职业道德准则的恪守。在中国倡导的可持续发展事业中,博物馆可在文化、环境的可持续性教育方面发挥更积极的作用,而博物馆机构本身亦应成为可持续发展的典范。
Chinese museums have been embracing a rapid and sound development in 21st century.Mr.An Lai Shun,Vice President of the International Council of Museums(ICOM)and Secretary General and Vice President of Chinese Museums Association,believes that internationalization,high-quality,and sustainability should be the direction and strategy for the development of Chinese museums.According to him,the internationalization process,which promotes exchanges,integration,and mutual progress,has made Chinese museums an important force in the world museum field.The specialized development under globalization would further boost Chinese museums and enable them to form their own discourse engaging in international dialogues.The high-quality development of Chinese museums,Mr.An argues,refers to not only the growth that can be quantified,but also what cannot,including the improved fulfillment of their social mission,the dedication to promoting cultural communication,the pursuit of professionalism,and the commitment to work ethic.He further argues that moving ahead with the sustainable development that China is advocating,Chinese museums may play a more active role in education for sustainable development of culture and environment and they themselves shall serve as a model of sustainable development.
