摘要

中西医结合是我国特有的医学学科,近年来虽发展迅速,但仍面临许多亟待解决的问题。其中最重要的就是中西医结合教师队伍的建设问题。如何改进并完善中西医结合教师的培养模式,建立一批真正的一体化中西医结合专业的师资队伍,是中西医结合高等教育面临的重要任务,也是培养中西医结合人才的重要途径。结合当前我国中西医结合专业教师面临的问题,对一体化中西医结合专业教师队伍建设进行分析和进一步思考。
        Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is a spe cial medical subject in China. Although it has developed rapidly in recent years, it still faces many problems that need to be solved urgently. The most important of these is the construction of a team of teachers in integrated Chinese and Western medicine. How to improve the training mode of teachers of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, and establish a group of truly integrated teachers of integrated Chinese and Western medicine is an important task facing the integration of Chinese and Western medicine, and an important way to cultivate talents combining Chinese and Western medicine. Combined with the problems faced by the teachers of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in China, this paper analyzes and further considers the construction of teachers of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
