摘要
研究了不同油性剂、极压剂和缓蚀剂对汽车钢帘线用拉丝液耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,醇类油性剂润滑效果最好,含氮类极压剂的耐磨性能更好,乙二胺四乙酸二钠作为缓蚀剂的效果好于乙二胺。
        The effects of different oiliness agents,extreme pressure agents and corrosion inhibitor on wear resistance of wire drawing lubricant were studied. The results show that the alcohol oiliness agents have the best lubrication effect,nitrogen-containing extreme pressure agent has better wear resistance. The effect of EDTA-2 Na as corrosion inhibitor is obviously better than that of ethylenediamine.
