近5年针刺治疗功能性便秘同功穴规律分析

摘要
目的归纳近5年临床有关针刺治疗功能性便秘的文献,初步总结出临床治疗功能性便秘的同功穴规律。方法采用计算机检索的方式,对中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)和维普数据库中针刺治疗功能性便秘的相关文献进行检索及筛选。整理得到相关文献98篇,分析其选穴规律。结果文献中针刺治疗功能性便秘同功穴主要为天枢、上巨虚,同功穴所属经脉主要为足阳明胃经,同功穴所在部位主要是胸腹部、下肢部,同功穴的特定穴类别选用主要是募穴和下合穴。结论针刺治疗功能型便秘时选取主治作用相同或相近的同功穴进行腧穴配伍可以起到协同增效作用,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective By summarizing the literatures about acupuncture treatment of functional constipation in the past five years, we have preliminarily summarized the law of "analogous points" of clinical treatment of functional constipation. Methods With the method of computer retrieval, for China journal full-text database(CNKI), Wanfang platform(WF) and VIP database of acupuncture in the treatment of functional constipation related literature retrieval and filtering. Through screening and sorting, 98 papers were obtained, and the selection rules were analyzed. Results In the literature, acupuncture treatment of functional constipation at analogous points is mainly Tianshu(ST25), Shangjuxu(ST37), analogous points acupoints belong to the main meridian of foot yangming stomach meridian, analogous points are mainly located in the chest and abdomen, lower limbs, The specific types of analogous points are mainly to Mu points and Xiahepoints. Conclusion When acupuncture was used to treat functional constipation, the same acupoints with the same or similar main therapeutic effect were selected to match the acupoints in order to enhance the effect of clinical treatment.
