摘要
以建平镁基膨润土为原矿,采用多级小锥角旋流器串联工艺进行提纯,并对提纯产品进行氧化球团造球实验。结果表明,当采用φ150 mm、φ75 mm、φ50 mm、φ25 mm、φ10 mm五级旋流器串联时,蒙脱石含量从62.32%富集到94.06%。选用φ50 mm-Y做黏结剂,配入量为1.5%时,球团落下强度为4.3次,爆裂温度为584℃,干球抗压强度为363 N,各项指标均达到市售钠化膨润土的性能。
The Mg-bentonite is used as raw material which is purified by multi-small taper angle hydroclone in series and the preparation of oxidized pellets using purified bentonite is carried out. The experiment results show that the content of montmorillonite is enriched from 62.32% to 94.06% when bentonite is separated by φ150 mm, φ75 mm, φ50 mm, φ25 mm, φ10 mm small taper angle hydroclone. Pellets with φ50 mm-Y dosage of 1.5%, the drop strength of green pellets is 4.3 times/0.5m, burst temperature is 584 ℃ and the compressive strength of dry pellets is 363 N/piece. All indexes reach the performance of artificial Na-bentonite.
