抽油机井防喷锚定一体化工艺技术研究

摘要
新环保法的颁布实施,给油井清洁作业生产提出了更高的要求。针对抽油机井作业防喷技术问题,开展了抽油机井防喷锚定一体化工艺技术研究与应用。防喷锚定一体化工具由丢手封隔装置、支撑装置、防喷浮子开关等部件构成。作业时,将丢手封隔装置、支撑装置、防喷浮子开关依次连接抽油泵下,下入预设深度后,通过上提下放管柱使支撑装置锚定,再下压油管完成封隔装置坐封及丢手接头丢开等动作;二次作业时,上提生产管柱带动防喷浮子开关捅杆上行,浮子开关关闭。现场应用表明,防喷锚定一体化工艺技术性能可靠,浮子开关打开、关闭性能良好,能够成功实现防喷目的。
        With the promulgation and implementation of the new environmental protection law,the higher requirements have been put forward for cleaning production in oil wells.In view of the technical problems of the prevention of well blowout,the research and application on integration process technology of anchor and blowout prevention for pumping unit are carried out.The integration tool of blowout prevention and anchor consists of the hanging-style-type packer,the supporting device and the blowout prevention float switch.The hanging-style-type packer,the supporting device and the blowout prevention float switch are connected to the bottom of the oil-well pump when it's under operation.The supporting device is anchored by lifting and lowering the string which is in the preset depth.Then,the setting status of packer and stripping status of release sub can be achieved by lowering the string.During the second operation,the blowout prevention float switch can be driven up by the upward lifting of the production pipe.The blowout can be controlled by turning off the switch.Field applications show: the performance of integration process technology of anchor and blowout prevention is reliable and the float switch has good quality in opening and closing performance.So,it can control the blowout successfully.
