摘要
对年产20万件托辊支架智能焊接生产线的装备、生产工艺进行了分析,以自动化制造设备、自动化运输设备为底层基础,实现计划、排产、生产、检验的全过程信息化、透明化、及时化,实现智能化生产。
This paper deals with the analysis of the equipment and production process of an intelligent welding line with an annual capacity of 200000 roller brackets. The automated production equipment and automated transportation equipment are working as the underlying foundation to realize the informatization, transparency and timely update of planning, scheduling, production and inspection in the whole process, then achieve intelligent production.
