摘要
本试验主要探究红景天蜂胶软胶囊提高小鼠常压耐缺氧耐受力及对体重的影响。选取SPF ICR级雄性小鼠,体重为18~22 g,分别取相当于成人摄入量1倍、10倍、30倍的红景天蜂胶软胶囊,即8.33 mg/(kg·d)、83.33 mg/(kg·d)、250 mg/(kg·d),连续给小鼠灌胃30 d,以检测该软胶囊对小鼠在3种不同缺氧状态下存活时间的影响。结果,高剂量组能有效延长小鼠常压下缺氧死亡的时间和亚硝酸钠中毒缺氧存活时间,并且两种情况下小鼠体重均无明显变化。本次试验证明,红景天蜂胶软胶囊在一定剂量范围内可以有效提高小鼠的缺氧耐受能力。
To investigate the effects of Rhodiola propolis soft capsule on anti-hypoxia test and mouse weight of mice. SPF ICR male mice weighing 18-22 g were selected.Mice were given rhodiola propolis extract capsules by gastric filling method for 30 days at the doses of8.33 mg/(kg·d),83.33 mg/(kg·d),250 mg/(kg·d), respectively.The anti-hy poxic effects of the capsuleswere examined on three different types of hypoxia model mice. It was found that rhodiola propolis extract capsules delayed death of hypoxic mice at room pressure and prolonged the survival time of mice subjected to NaNO 2.No effect of rhodiola extract capsuleson the growth of mice was observed. Rhodiola propolis soft capsule has the function of increasing hypoxia tolerance in mice within a certain dose range.
