摘要

针对煤矿输送设备中的断带问题进行了分析,指出了设计断带保护装置时应当满足的性能要求,从断带保护装置整体结构设计、断带抓捕装置结构设计以及电控系统设计等方面论述了设计的断带保护装置,而且通过仿真模拟得出了断带保护装置安装时适宜安装的数量以及闸瓦间隙。
        This paper analyzes the problem of belt breaking in coal mine conveying equipment,points out the performance requirements that should be met when designing belt breaking protection device,discusses the design of belt breaking protection device from the aspects of integral structure design of belt breaking protection device,structure design of belt breaking capture device and design of electronic control system,and the number of suitable installation and the gap of brake shoe are obtained by simulation.
