摘要
锻造偏心是影响盘体类零件质量的重要因素。本文以某型号火车轮的锻造为研究对象,分别分析了位置偏移和旋转偏移两种偏心方式下的锻造过程,并对比了不同位置偏移量对锻造力的影响,以及不同旋转偏移量对锻件最大应力值和均方应力值的影响。结果表明,坯料的位置偏移量越大,所需的锻造力越小,而坯料的旋转偏移量越大,坯料的最大应力值和均方应力值均增大。
Forging eccentricity is an important factor affecting the quality of disk parts. Taking the forging of a certain type of train wheel as the research object, the forging process under two eccentricity modes of position offset and rotation offset was analyzed, and the influence of different position offset on the forging force and the influence of different rotation offset on the maximum stress and mean square stress of forgings were compared. The results show that the greater the position deviation of the billet is, the less the forging force is, and the greater the rotation deviation of the billet is, the greater the maximum stress value and the mean square stress value of the billet are.
