摘要
经过多年的技术攻关,国内已形成了重质稠油输送的多项工艺技术。同时由于重质稠油具有很高粘度,因此在管道输送及操作运行中存在很大风险。本文探讨了稠油的降粘输送工艺以及管道的运行风险,调研了相关的工艺技术措施,并在此基础上,对于重质稠油输送应考虑的关键技术问题进行了分析,为重质稠油的管道输送工艺实施提供借鉴。
        There are great risks in pipeline transportation operation of heavy oil because of the high viscosity of heavy oil. In this paper, the visbreaking transportation technology of heavy oil was discussed as well as the operation risk of pipeline, and the relevant technological measures were investigated. On this basis, the key technical problems that should be considered in heavy oil transportation were analyzed, which could provide some reference for the implementation of heavy oil pipeline transportation technology.
