摘要
目的探讨自动乳腺全容积成像(ABVS)对不同超声分型乳腺病灶良恶性的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析196例经病理证实的乳腺疾病患者。所有患者均接受ABVS检查,并按照乳腺的构成比例分为腺体型、腺纤维Ⅰ型、腺纤维Ⅱ型和脂肪型四型。以病理结果为金标准,绘制ROC曲线分析ABVS对四种分型乳腺病灶良恶性的诊断价值,并比较ABVS对四种分型内病灶的诊断性能是否具有差异性。结果 ABVS对四种超声分型乳腺病灶良恶性鉴别的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.950(腺体型)、0.983(腺纤维Ⅰ型)、0.907(腺纤维Ⅱ型)及0.941(脂肪型),将曲线下面积两两比较,ABVS对四种分型乳腺内病灶良恶性鉴别能力无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 ABVS对不同超声分型乳腺病灶良恶性鉴别能力无差异且具有较高的诊断价值。
        Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of automated breast volume scanner in benign and malignant breast lesions of different types of ultrasound.Methods Data from 196 breast lesions confirmed pathologically were analyzed.Every patient accepted examination by ABVS.According to the proportion of the breasts,they were divided into four types:glandular type,glandular fibro typeⅠ,glandular fibro typeⅡand fatty type.Based on pathological results,the ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of ABVS for four types of breast lesions,and the diagnostic performance of ABVS for lesions of four types was compared.Results Area under ROC curve of ABVS in differentiating benign and malignant lesions of four ultrasound types were 0.950(glandular type),0.983(glandular fibro typeⅠ),0.907(glandular fibro type Ⅱ)and 0.941(fatty type)respectively.Comparing the area under the curve,there was no significant difference between the diagnostic performance of ABVS for lesions of four types(P>0.05).Conclusions ABVS has a high diagnostic value in differentiating benign and malignant lesions of different breast types of ultrasound.
