摘要

目的:探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声分型及意义。方法:对179例浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声声像图、临床特点及治疗方案进行分析。结果:179例浆细胞乳腺炎的超声分型为单纯导管扩张型、囊肿型、肿块型、脓肿型、瘘管型,根据不同分型经过差异性治疗后均痊愈。结论:浆细胞乳腺炎的超声分型体现了该病的病理变化过程,为临床分期及治疗方案的选择提供依据。
        Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in typing of plasma cell mastitis.Methods The sonographic characteristics、clinical features and treatment plan were analyzed in 179 patients with plasma cell mastitis.Results 179 cases of plasma cell mastitis can be divided into simple dilatation type,cyst type,mass type,abscess type,and fistula type.Various stages of PCM after differences treatment were cured.Conclusion Ultrasonography in typing of plasma cell mastitis reflects the natural pathological process of the disease,and can provide the basis for clinical treatment options.
