摘要
以金线草为原料,黄酮类化合物提取率为指标,研究了超声波辅助法提取黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件。通过单因素试验研究了液料比、乙醇浓度、超声波处理时间3个因素对提取效果的影响,并利用响应面试验设计对提取工艺进行优化,得到最佳工艺条件为液料比23∶1(m L/g)、乙醇浓度75%、超声波处理时间11 min,在此条件下黄酮类化合物的实际提取率为2.576%。
With Rubia membranacea as raw material, the optimum ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions of flavonoids were studied, using extraction rate of flavonoids as a index. The effects of liquid to material ratio, ethanol concentration and ultrasonic treatment time on the extraction efficiency were studied by single factor experiment, and the extraction process was optimized by response surface design. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: liquid to material ratio 23 ∶ 1(mL/g), ethanol concentration 75 %, ultrasonic treatment time 11 min. Under these conditions, the actual extraction rate of flavonoids was 2.576 %.
