国内首例经口显微镜微创技术切除下咽部梭形细胞脂肪瘤的护理体会

摘要
总结国内首例经口显微镜微创技术切除患者下咽部梭形细胞脂肪瘤的围手术期护理体会。护理要点包括及时准确地观察及评估,并采取一系列有针对性的护理措施,如病情观察、气道护理、疼痛护理、营养护理、口腔护理、心理护理等,有效减少或避免患者术后并发症的发生,保证患者顺利康复出院。
To summarize the nursing experience of the first case of spindle cell lipoma of hypopharynx resected by minimally invasive technique of transoral microscopy during perioperative period in China. Nursing essentials include timely and accurate observation and evaluation, and take a series of targeted nursing measures, such as observation of disease condition, airway nursing, pain nursing, nutritional nursing, oral nursing, psychological nursing, etc., so as to effectively reduce or avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications and ensure the the patient successfully recovery and discharge.
