摘要
超大型油船在含泥沙水域港口卸货时,含有泥沙的压载水进入压载舱,致使泥沙颗粒物会沉积在结构骨材较多的压载舱中,给日后的清理带来诸多不便。针对该问题,对超大型油船防泥沙设计中的泥沙沉淀过程进行仿真分析,定量计算泥沙沉淀舱的防泥沙效果,为未来船舶的设计和建造提供更多的技术参考。
Water containing mud will enter the ballast tank when VLCC(Very Large Crude Carrier) unloads in the port surrounded by muddy water. The mud sediments often deposit in the ballast tanks where there are many stiffeners, causing trouble to subsequent cleanings. To solve the problem, this study carries out simulations on the sediment deposition process for the VLCC sediment control design. It helps quantitative calculation of the sediment control effect of the sediment tanks, providing more technical reference for the future design and construction.
