摘要
对当前盾构机所采用的流量计和串联检测液压缸2种超挖量间接检测方法,分析其液压控制系统原理,推导出各自的超挖量计算模型。综合考虑传感器测量误差和累计测量误差,研究分析2种检测方法的误差来源及误差消除措施。分析结果表明,串联检测液压缸方法能够有效消除累计测量误差,且位移传感器的测量精度较流量计要高很多,其超挖量检测精度明显高于流量计检测方法。
        At present, the shied is equipped with two kinds of indirect detection method involving flow meter and series detection cylinder. The paper analyzed the principle of their hydraulic control system, and built respective overbreak calculation model. Considering the sensor measurement error and the cumulative measurement error, it studied the error source and error elimination measures of the two kinds of detection method. The analysis results showed the series detection cylinder method effectively eliminated the cumulative measurement error, and the displacement sensor was much higher than the flow meter in measurement accuracy, its overbreak detection accuracy was obviously higher than that of the flow meter method.
